No driver booking fee or card surcharge. The amount shown covers the booked time and is charged when you confirm. Published cancellation and overtime rules apply only when their stated conditions are triggered.

StayNPark recommends pricing based on nearby demand and busy periods. We retain 17.5% of eligible booking, extension, overtime-parking and late-cancellation revenue for payments, platform operations and support. The Host share is paid through Stripe when eligible.

Every listing has day, week and month rates that step down from the hourly price. Drivers are always charged the cheapest rate that fits their stay.
Prices in AUD, inclusive of GST where applicable. The StayNPark-wide cancellation policy applies: cancel more than one hour before the start for a full refund; within one hour, 50% of the booked stay is retained and the rest refunded. Bookings cannot be cancelled once started. Host shares are released through Stripe Connect only after the stay and applicable incident-reporting window, when eligible.

On supported iPhones, neighbours can record length, width, entry width and clearances with LiDAR. That adds useful fit data alongside listing photos and host-provided details.
AI space analysis
Where scan data is available, on-device analysis can flag visible lighting, surface, obstacle and entry-angle details for the host to review before listing.
Vehicle-fit engine
Your registered vehicle can be compared with available space measurements to filter likely poor fits and show a clearer fit assessment before booking.
ReadyCheck
ReadyCheck prompts neighbours to reconfirm access before arrival. It provides a current signal and a fast issue-reporting route, not a guarantee that circumstances cannot change.
