What can be charged—and who receives it

The booked price is charged at confirmation. A card statement may show the payment as pending while the bank processes it, and approved refunds can take additional bank processing time. Each receipt identifies the booking, calculation and recipient.

What happens after time runs out

The timer deters overstays without turning a Host into an enforcement operator. The safe route stays inside StayNPark.

No Host self-help

Never tow, clamp, block, enter, damage or move a vehicle, and do not confront its Parker. Call 000 for immediate danger.

  1. 1

    End → +15 min

    Booking ended — leave now

The booking right has ended, but no overtime is charged during this 15-minute departure grace period. Extend before the booking ends where available.

  2. 2

    +15 min

    Overtime starts

Started 15-minute blocks accrue at 1.5× the booked hourly rate, subject to the A$150 automated cap.

  3. 3

    +30 min

    Host can report

The Host records the vehicle and space safely in the app and contacts the Parker through platform messaging.

  4. 4

    +60 min

    Support escalation

The report can be escalated for payment, safety and next-step review. Response is prioritised but not guaranteed in real time.

  5. 5

    +2 hours

    Lawful removal assessment only

StayNPark may check whether the relevant state process and a vetted provider route permit removal. This is not automatic towing or a declaration of abandonment.

Saved-card consent

Confirming charges the booked stay immediately. The cancellation policy determines any refund. A saved card may be used off-session for specifically disclosed deterministic overtime parking and one-time overstay-administration charges after the relevant conditions are verified. You receive an itemised receipt and can dispute an error.

Evidence before claims

Damage, unusual cleaning and access claims should be reported within 24 hours with time-linked evidence and a reasonable quote or invoice. The other party normally gets 48 hours to respond before review.

Removal is conditional

Removal booking is not enabled by default. It is available only where applicable state law, the facts and a vetted provider route permit it. The +2-hour point begins an assessment—it is not automatic removal or abandonment.
