Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your StayNPark account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent — it removes your account, not just deactivates it.

In the app (fastest)

  • Open StayNPark and go to More → Settings.
  • Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Email privacy@staynpark.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone) and login credentials
  • Your vehicles and saved places
  • Your host listings, photos and measurements
  • Your messages and push notification tokens

What we must keep, and why

Records of completed financial transactions (bookings, payments, payouts) are retained for 7 years in de-identified-where-possible form because Australian tax law requires it. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion. Open refunds, disputes and claims must also be resolved. Eligible Host earnings continue through the normal post-stay, incident-window and payout checks before account deletion is completed.
